Our personalized services are available 7 days a week and we offer early-onset dementia or Alzheimer’s disease care depending on what is needed to make you feel at ease!
We provide our services in private homes as well as assisted living communities, hospitals, nursing facilities, or rehabilitation centers – so no matter where you need assistance with day-to-day activities (dressing/bathing) All Family Care has got it covered! All Family Care is an approved Medicaid provider for the State of Missouri. If you are eligible for Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) we can help you obtain services through the State of Missouri.
We provide training for our staff in order to stay in compliance with the State of Missouri. The State will conduct an assessment and recommend services based on the evaluation of needs.
Once approved for services and home care the State will authorize All Family Care upon request by the participant.
