All Family Care is an approved Medicaid provider for the State of Missouri. If you are eligible for Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) we can help you obtain services through the State of Missouri. Our Medicaid Director will be happy to speak with you to guide you through the process. We provide training for our staff in order to stay in compliance with the State of Missouri. The State will conduct an assessment and recommend services based on the evaluation of needs. Once approved for services and home care the State will authorize All Family Care upon request by the participant.
While All Family Care provides transportation as part of our services, there are instances where your loved one is wheelchair bound or bed bound. We suggest you call our friends at 360 Quality Care & Transport Services in those cases. They will provide transportation and you or our caregiver can ride along to ensure care continues for your loved one. 360 provides bed to bed service unlike most others who only provide curb to curb.
Sometimes hands on care and support aren’t needed yet, but you still want some peace-of-mind while your loved one lives independently. We suggest you call our friends at Around the Clock Medical Alarms. Their alarms are simple to use and can be worn as a necklace or bracelet.
In addition to speaking with someone live when the panic button is pushed, they offer “reminder” calls to remind your loved one to take their meds or check their blood sugar.
